The Post and Courier selects coworking space Endeavor for its new Greenville operations headquarters

June 23, 2020

Endeavor, a coworking space in downtown Greenville’s LEED-certified ONE tower, announces that the largest news organization in the state, The Post and Courier, has chosen Endeavor as its headquarters for its recently launched online local news operations in the Upstate. The Pulitzer Prize winning news organization announced its plans last month to launch its significant expansion into Greenville to provide comprehensive, in-depth news for the community reported, written and edited by Greenville-based journalists.

“Our newspaper’s mission has always been to build and become part of the fabric of the communities we serve,” said Post and Courier President and Publisher P.J. Browning. “Greenville is among the top economic engines for state of South Carolina, the news we bring forward from a business standpoint driving that economic engine is of value to the people of Greenville and beyond.”

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have The Post & Courier Greenville join the Endeavor family as our newest private office member,” said Joe Erwin, founder of Endeavor and president of Erwin Creates. “To have their team here — creating the high-quality caliber of award-winning journalism they have delivered since 1803 — is extremely exciting.”

Mitch Pugh, executive editor of Post and Courier, said they chose Endeavor because of the sleek and modern environment it provides for growing companies. “We love the look and feel of the office and the flexibility the space provides. We are equally excited to share this space with the creative and innovative thinkers that call Endeavor home. Downtown Greenville is a great location to do business, and The Post and Courier is thrilled to be a part of this vibrant community.”

Some of the benefits Post & Courier Greenville receives as an Endeavor office member include 24/7 access, a lockable office, access to technology-equipped conference rooms, printers and copiers, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, receptionist services and inclusion in the Endeavor online member directory – all in a clean, modern environment that provides members and visitors the reassurance needed to safely and comfortably conduct business.
