The Rock It! Co., an immersive marketing and event production company for tech and software organizations, is pleased to announce and welcome Katherine K. Underwood as Director of Marketing. Underwood will lead the newly integrated Digital Media team made up of experts in search, social media, and display advertising as well as search engine optimization (SEO) and digital content.
In this new role, Katherine will oversee the Media team’s operations and processes to effectively deliver a seamless, unbridled client experience across all channels. She will drive client performance forward through strategic business recommendations, concrete activation planning and data-driven optimizations.

Prior to joining The Rock It! Co., Katherine served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Shimano North America, where she started and managed the global marketing company’s first Paid Media team, putting the “P” in their “PESO” model of Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media. Katherine also has been heavily involved in global nonprofits including Ducks Unlimited and American Heart Association as well as her own outdoor company, Dock & Decoy, increasing their brand awareness and event marketing.
