The Salvation Army welcomes new Advisory Board Chairman, David Wells

COLUMBIA, SC – The Salvation Army announced that David W. Wells, vice president of Creative Financial Strategies has accepted the chairmanship of The Salvation Army Advisory Board effective September 16, 2014. David succeeds Fenton Overdyke, director of marketing services at Chernoff Newman. David has been an active member of the board since 2006.

Tommy Crutchfield, general manager of Immedion, LLC, and Mary Beth Campbell, counsel for litigation at the South Carolina Department of Revenue, were inducted as new Advisory Board members on September 16.

“I’d like to extend a warm welcome to our newest members,” said Major Roger Coulson, Regional Coordinator/Corps Officer of The Salvation Army of the Midlands. “I’m delighted David has agreed to share his wisdom and provide us with valuable advice. I’d also like to personally thank Fenton for his paramount leadership over the last two years.”
