Thomas Beard joins Colliers International’s industrial team

Colliers International South Carolina announced the addition of Thomas Beard as a Brokerage Associate. Beard will join the Colliers industrial team of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Sam Myers, who specialize in leasing, user sales and investment sales of industrial properties.

His understanding of this business and his experience as an intern learning our research and marketing platform will help us provide the very best service possible to our clients and customers.”
Beard joined Colliers in 2014 as an intern, conducting research for quarterly market reports, special projects and case studies in the three major markets in South Carolina. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina. While at USC, he served on the committee that organized the annual Game Ball Run, which raises money for the Marcus Lattimore Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Additionally, he was involved with the Caribbean Youth Network.
