Thomas Centre Business Park welcomes Frazier Engineering as newest tenant

Colliers | South Carolina’s Richard Barrett, MCR represented Thomas Centre LLC in the lease of a ±1,544-square-foot industrial flex space at 111 Smith Hines Road in Greenville, SC. Steve Greer of Joyner Commercial represented the tenant, Frazier Engineering.
Thomas Centre is a ±27,752-square-foot flex park off of Woodruff Road with easy access to I-385. Barrett has represented the landlord since 2009, bringing many tenants to the area including medical companies and security businesses.
