Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes recognized with 2025 Excellence in Customer Service Award

Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes has been named a recipient of the Johnson Consulting Group 2025 Excellence in Customer Service Award. The honor recognizes funeral homes that achieved the highest family satisfaction score based on surveys collected throughout 2025, measuring performance across all components of the customer experience.

All four Thomas McAfee Funeral Home locations – Downtown, Southeast, Northwest, and Gray Mortuary – were recipients of this award, a distinction that reflects the organization’s consistent, unwavering commitment to serving Greenville families with care and compassion.

With more than 1,000 locations considered nationwide for the Johnson Consulting Group Excellence in Customer Service Award, Thomas McAfee competed in the largest category, where only 15 recipients are recognized. All four of its locations being named among those 15 recipients highlights the organization’s consistent customer satisfaction and staff commitment across each of its service locations.
