Raynal is a true Forever Agent and a perfect fit for C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®. She has served clients from their first home to their last home and everything in between.  For the length of her 25 year real estate career, Raynal has been the area cheerleader and tour guide for District 56, Presbyterian College and the City of Clinton when recruiting businesses and individuals to the area.  “I love where I live so it is easy to encourage folks to move here.  Clinton and Laurens offer a quality of life that is hard to find elsewhere,” said Raynal. “ We offer charming small-town living with only a 40 minute drive to 3 SC major cities with all the bells and whistles.”

Real estate is more than a transaction, it’s a relationship.  Having been a teacher in both School District 55 and School District 56, Tiller, understands the importance of authentic relationships.  “I strive, whether in a classroom or in real estate, to build a sense of community and pride within that community,” said Tiller. “We have a great sense of place here in Laurens County and I am excited to be a part of the growth that will benefit all that live here.”

Tallman has been a part of Spaulding Group at C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS® for 2 years now and she is fired up to be working alongside Tiller and Raynal in this adventure. “A great life is loving who you work with each day.  Heather and Susan are smart, genuine, and just good humans,” said Tallman. “As you can imagine, selling or buying a house is complicated and overwhelming given normal circumstances, not to mention with a pandemic. We want to make the experience enjoyable and easy, and borderline fun, for our clients.” Tallman’s love for Clinton is contagious and her philanthropic heart gives back to her community any chance she gets.

Being a part of Spaulding Group has many advantages and one of them is Team Leader, Carole Atkison.  Born and raised in Clinton, SC, Atkison has been a fixture in the Greenville real estate market since 1987. Atkison leads Spaulding Group, a team of agents whose backgrounds include everything from teaching, marketing, nursing and college coaching to corporate sales, flight attendant and active duty military. For clients this adds up to a diverse skill set that equips Spaulding Group agents to meet their clients’ needs to ensure a smooth sale or purchase.  For the past 10 years her team has achieved the Chairman’s Circle, Diamond Level, awarded to the top ½ of 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents and teams nationwide.

Come by Designers Alley at 202 W. Main for some laughter, coffee, and real estate help. The future is looking bright for Laurens County ~~ Carole, Susan T., Heather, and Susan R., along with C.Dan Joyner REALTORS®  are excited to be a part.
