Three Marina Portfolio Acquisition in Florida

Dunston Powell, CCIM and Carolina Commercial were pleased to have represented Port 32 Marinas in the acquisition of the three marina portfolio in Naples, Marco Island, and Cape Coral Florida known as Walker’s Hideaway Marinas. The portfolio consists of three best in class dry slip marinas with an aggregate slip count of 1,015 slips.

Following Walker’s the acquisition, Port 32 will own and operate approximately 4,100 dry and wet slips and over 140,000 SF of commercial tenant space in Florida. This is the 12th marina acquisition Mr. Powell has completed with Port 32 since its inception in 2003.
