Three new tenants in West Ashley

June 1, 2016

Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, announced the recent lease transaction bringing Frothy Beard Brewing to West Ashley. Alex Irwin of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler and Philip Owens of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer co-represented the tenant, Push Digital, LLC, in the lease of the 10,200 square feet at 1401 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard. Edie DuBose of Adams and Wilson Development represented the landlord, Faison-Ashley Landing, LLC.

Push Digital, Frothy Beard, and Zombie Bob’s Pizza all have a common investor, and now they will share a location. The space will house Frothy Beard’s increased brewing capabilities, Push Digital’s communication and marketing office expansion, and Ryan Dedrickson’s first brick-and-mortar Zombie Bob’s Pizza. Operating in a former church in the Ashley Landing shopping center, all three businesses are expected to be open this fall.
