Three Phases Dinners Debut at Four Moons

Prix Fixe menu with three courses make dinner for two a strong value
Orangeburg, SC – January 28, 2009— Food-lovers in the Midlands of South Carolina have something to celebrate; the rise of Four Moons’ prix fixe (fixed price) menu. Called the Three Phases Dinners, the menu offers guests a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts for $34-$38, depending on the selected entrée. To keep diners coming back, the menu changes frequently.
Current items on the Three Phases menu are:
First Course (Choice of): Day Boat Scallops • Peppered Balsamic Strawberries • Shrimp and Grits
Entrée (Choice of): Oven Roasted Chicken Breast • Jumbo Lump Crab Cake • Pan Seared Salmon Pepper Glazed Petite Beef Filet
Dessert (Choice of): Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée • Cranberry and Walnut Tart
