May 30, 2025A true Southern tradition returns this fall as Hog & Barrel: A Bourbon, Bacon, & BBQ Festival rolls back into Greenville.
Being held October 24 to 26, 2025 at the historic Events at Judson Mill near downtown Greenville, tickets for this unforgettable weekend of flavor, fun, and Southern hospitality go on sale Monday, June 2 at HogAndBarrelFestival.com.
Back for another epic year, Hog & Barrel celebrates the best trio of Southern indulgence — bourbon, bacon, and BBQ — with three days of delicious experiences, talented chefs, craft cocktails, and live entertainment.
Highlights of the weekend include:
Friday, October 24 – Taste of the Barrel
The weekend starts with Taste of the Barrel, an elegant five-course bourbon dinner led by Chef Dayna Lee-Márquez of Comal 864, a 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist and Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay alum. Each course is expertly paired with cocktails created by Tammy Johnson of High Spirits Hospitality, a powerhouse in the Upstate’s hospitality scene.
Saturday, October 25 – Bourbonpalooza
The heart of the festival, Bourbonpalooza, brings together more than 25 of the most talented chefs and bartenders in the Upstate, all competing to craft the most creative bourbon-, bacon-, and BBQ-inspired bites and drinks. Attendees enjoy unlimited tastings, live music, tailgate games and photo ops throughout the day. VIP and Super VIP tickets offer early access and exclusive perks. Add-on entry to The Bourbon Experience includes an intimate guided tasting of premium bourbons.
Sunday, October 26 – Makin’ Bacon Bourbon Brunch
End the weekend on a high note with the Makin’ Bacon Bourbon Brunch, where local chefs create savory brunch bites alongside bourbon cocktails and craft beer. A live band sets the tone for a laid-back Southern send-off.
Tickets range from $50 to $295, with all tiers including unlimited food and drink tastings. Whether you’re a BBQ aficionado, bourbon connoisseur, or just here for the bacon, Hog & Barrel promises a weekend full of flavor and fun.
