June 6, 2017

Hutson Alley restaurants Vincent Chicco’s, Michael’s on the Alley and cocktail lounge The Victor Social Club are pleased to announce the hiring of Tim Judge as General Manager. Arriving with 15 years of hospitality expertise, Judge has guided a variety of food and beverage programs to local and international accolades.

“Tim is very quickly making a positive impact at our restaurants with an infectious commitment to world-class service and sourcing,” shares Marty Wall, Managing Director of Holy City Hospitality. “We’re delighted to have him onboard as we continue to polish a robust wine list, innovative cocktails and unforgettable cuisine.”

A native of Long Island, Judge earned his stripes as a wine and spirits broker in Maine and New Hampshire. A move to New York brought an opportunity to work with Rob Newton at Nightingale Nine and Seersucker, where he led the restaurant’s service team to a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. Judge was also instrumental in opening The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club, which won the “Best New Bar in New York City” from Thrillist Magazine.

Judge joins Holy City Hospitality after time in Charleston as the Food and Beverage Director at the Vendue Hotel in addition to management roles with Zero George Hotel and Cannon Green Restaurant under the Easton Porter Group.
