CHARLESTON, SC – April 30, 2012 – Todd P. Garrett, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis | WRS represented the landlord in the leasing of a 2,100 sqft office/warehouse space to Pacific Tools, Inc. located at 7187 Bryhawke Circle in North Charleston, SC.
Chris Wiksell of Caldwell Commercial represented the tenant.
