TravelBoom, the leading data-driven digital marketing agency for hotels, resorts, and vacation rental companies, announces the hiring of new talent amid a period of growth for the agency. Pam Doute and Connor Zahrobsky are the company’s latest Account Manager and Analytics & Data Specialist.

Doute joins TravelBoom with more than 35 years of advertising and marketing experience. Upon graduating from Central Michigan University, Doute began her career in Detroit, working in the automotive industry. She managed significant marketing budgets, design projects, and trade show activations. In 2001, she shifted to an agency where she managed multiple client campaigns. Doute started her tenure in the travel and hospitality industry in 2005, when an event hired her to work in marketing and event planning. Her most recent role was the marketing director for Ocean Isle Inn, Sloane Vacations/Realty, and Jinks Creek Waterfront Grille. As an Account Manager, Doute will build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with current clients through managing budgets, billing, approving all internal client work, and leading the strategic planning of programs and projects.
Zahrobsky is joining TravelBoom as an Analytics & Data Specialist. He will define and implement measurement strategies that align with the client’s goals by producing key performance indicators and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. Zahrobsky is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a degree in Marketing Analytics and a minor in Management Information Systems. His previous experience includes CRM management, influencer marketing, and pharmaceutical software development.
