Trinity Partners announces recent major transaction

Trinity Partners recently facilitated the sale of 601 Devine Street in Columbia, SC. This 7,200 square foot office building sold for $1,500,000 at its full asking price. Nick Stomski, SIOR and Macon Lovelace, SIOR represented the seller, Legal Bull Properties on Blanding, LLC in this transaction.
The property was on the market for only three weeks prior to going under contract. This was a unique listing given the high demand for owner/user office buildings particularly in Columbia’s central business district. The seller received multiple competing offers during the first week of listing the property and Trinity Partners was able to help the seller navigate the multiple offers to determine the best path toward closing.
The seller’s related entity, the law firm of Whetstone, Perkins, and Fulda, LLC will be relocating to a new property located at 1303 Blanding Street, Columbia, SC.
