Trinity Partners announces recent major transaction

Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners completed the sale/leaseback of a 60,000 square foot distribution facility in the State Farmers Market. The property located at 307 & 319 Little Chris Lane in West Columbia was purchased for $3,500,000. Stomski and Nidiffer represented the seller in the transaction and worked closely with the purchaser from California to complete the transaction utilizing a 1031 exchange.
The property is comprised of two 30,000 square foot front load distribution facilities anchored by eight agriculturally based tenants.
