Trinity Partners announces recent transaction

Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners recently facilitated the lease of 7,920 square feet of Class A office space located at 501 Huger Street.
The landlord engaged Trinity Partners to assist in the lease up of the building, formally occupied by Assured Partners. Stomski and Nidiffer successfully identified a tenant prior to the current tenant vacating the space, mitigating any vacancy potential. The property will be redeveloped into an Urgent Care.
