Managing Partner, Bruce Harper, SIOR of Trinity Partners Columbia recently facilitated the sale of an investment property in Charlotte, North Carolina. Located at 5930 Northwoods Parkway, the property contains approximately 31,000 square feet of improvements situated on approximately 3 acres.
The property is currently leased to Aptus Group, USA, a leading provider of bridge-mounted infrastructure services. Harper represented the purchaser, a South Carolina based real estate investor, in the ± $6,500,000 sale and Charles Swanson of Park Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
