Trinity Partners Columbia names Braden Shockley and Jake Nidiffer Director

Trinity Partners Columbia announced the promotion of Braden Shockley and Jake Nidiffer to the role of Director. Their leadership, dedication, and industry expertise have been instrumental in the firm’s success and continued growth.
Braden Shockley specializes in a wide range of commercial real estate services, including land development, office sales and leasing, investment sales and industrial/flex properties. Recognized for his fast-paced work ethic, positive attitude and tenacity, Braden comprehensively supports his clients’ real estate goals with well-rounded industry expertise.

Jake Nidiffer focuses on tenant and landlord representation, primarily within the flex and industrial sectors across South Carolina. Jake boasts the proficiency to identify and contribute expertise across a wide variety of commercial acquisitions, involving undeveloped commercial and recreational land tracts across the state. Known for his boots-on-the-ground approach, he is committed to offering quality, full-service expertise with an individualized touch to every client.
