Trinity Partners completes sale of industrial facility in Columbia
June 17, 2026Trinity Partners announced the successful sale of a 20,400 square foot industrial property located at 120 Fontaine Center Drive in Columbia, South Carolina.
The asset was acquired by Parliament Companies LLC and is strategically situated in Northeast Columbia, providing convenient access to I-20, I-77, and the future Scout Motors manufacturing facility.
