Trinity Partners announced the successful sale of 215 Stoneridge Drive in Columbia, South Carolina. The 6,716 square foot office building was purchased utilizing a 1031 exchange for $1,262,000.
The transaction was a testament to Trinity Partners’ multi-market capabilities, with brokers from both its Columbia and Greenville offices playing key roles. Crawford Prezioso, Senior Brokerage Associate, represented the Buyer, BBB&C LLC, out of the Columbia office. Edward Wilson, Managing Partner, and Lakin Parr, Partner, represented the Seller, MAV Properties, LLC, out of the Greenville office.
Located minutes from downtown Columbia in the St. Andrews submarket, the property offers strong connectivity with convenient access to I-126, I-26, and I-20.
