Trinity Partners facilitates industrial lease in Billings, Montana

Trinity Partners announced the successful lease the lease of a 6,000 square foot industrial facility in Billings, Montana. Bruce Harper, a founding partner of Trinity Partners’ South Carolina office, represented the tenant, ANSCO & Associates, LLC, in collaboration with local broker Nathan Matelich of Coldwell Banker Commercial CBS, who represented the landlord.
Located at 4025 1st Avenue South, the facility will support ANSCO & Associates’ expanding operations. ANSCO & Associates, LLC is a nationally recognized telecommunications company providing end-to-end telecom services, from system design to turnkey construction. With over 43 years in business, ANSCO operates in approximately 50 locations across the U.S. and employs around 1,500 professionals.
