Trinity Partners facilitates sale of Devine Street office building

April 25, 2023, Bruce Harper, SIOR and Nick Stomski, SIOR, both Partners of the Trinity Partners’ Columbia office, teamed up to sell 2717 Devine Street. The ±6,400 square foot office building was acquired by a local investor who will renovate and lease the space. Located in the highly sought-after Devine Street District, the property sold for $1,330,000.
The property was the former headquarters of Resource Financial Services, Inc. who recently acquired and moved into their new facility located at 708 Lady Street in Columbia’s Historic Vista District.
