Trinity Partners facilitates the sale and leads redevelopment of 708 Lady Street, Columbia, SC

Bruce Harper, Managing Partner of Trinity Partners, represented Resource Financial Services, Inc. in their acquisition of 708 Lady Street for $1,850,000. The front building, former home of Carolina Ale House, was subdivided from the rear building and will be redeveloped into the new headquarters of Resource Financial Services.

Bruce Harper is facilitating the redevelopment which is scheduled to be complete Q1 2022. “We are excited to play a role in the continued growth and success of Resource Financial Services and to have the opportunity to transform a former restaurant into a first-class office space with a rooftop venue overlooking Columbia’s skyline,” said Harper.

We’ve loved our quiet building on Devine Street, but with the rapid growth we’ve seen over the past six years, we needed something much larger. Resource Financial will be retaining their former headquarters on Devine Street for future expansion.
