Trinity Partners leases 11,500 SF, a medical office building in North Columbia

Trinity Partners is pleased to announce brokerage team Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley have successfully leased 70% of space at 4100 N. Main Street to three private medical practices and global non‐profit organization, AHF (Aids Healthcare Foundation).

Acquired by Cola MOB, LLC in July 2019, renovations at the 17,500 square foot medical office building were quickly put in motion to include extensive interior and exterior improvements geared toward delivering a state‐of‐the‐art medical facility by early 2020. To date, several building system upgrades have been completed.

4100 N. Main’s newest tenant will occupy more than half of the first floor space leaving 3,600 SF available for lease. Shockley adds,“With four new leases signed in under three months, it’s clear the building appeals to a variety of medical groups and we expect to see continued interest throughout the renovation process.”
