Trinity Partners moves to downtown Class A building, 1501 Main Street

January 10, 2022

Trinity Partners is excited to announce their Columbia team has officially moved to a seven-story 138,909 square foot Class A office building at 1501 Main Street in downtown Columbia.

Construction began in June 2021 and features multiple conference rooms, huddle rooms and a large break area which overlooks downtown.

The brokerage and management divisions have been engaged by Hampton & Assembly SPE, LLC on the leasing and management assignment, and Trinity Partners’ Roger Winn, SIOR, Paul Hartley, SIOR and Braden Shockley were involved in the procurement of the sale in June of 2021.

“After launching the Trinity Partners Columbia, SC office just over three short years ago, we are incredibly grateful to our clients, customers and friends that have fueled our rapid growth. Our appointment as exclusive leasing and management agents and our move into this prominent, Class A office tower in downtown Columbia is an exciting next step for the firm,” said Bruce.
