Trinity Partners names William Mills, Jake Nidiffer, and Braden Shockley Senior Brokers

Trinity Partners Columbia is pleased to announced William Mills, Jake Nidiffer, and Braden Shockley were all recently named Senior Broker. Nidiffer and Shockley joined Trinity Partners upon the inception of the Columbia office in 2018.
Mills joined Trinity Partners in 2019 with expertise in all aspects of retail brokerage representing investors and owners of commercial retail assets in South Carolina. With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, William has cultivated his professional knowledge to specialize in the leasing and sales of single and multi-tenant retail properties, site selection, tenant representation, retail development, and representing institutional owners of shopping centers throughout South Carolina. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Nidiffer has exceptional and personable service attributes while representing tenants and landlords of the industrial and flex products in the state. Although regularly found in a warehouse, Jake possesses the characteristics and talent to blend with all levels and classifications known in our commercial real estate market. Nidiffer’s character holds its’ own responsibility for delivering the finest quality service possible. Jake’s efforts continue with local groups like Columbia East Rotary, SC Economic Developers Association, Junior Achievement of Greater SC, and Central SC Committee of 100.
Shockley focuses on office and medical investment sales and leasing across Columbia and the region. Known for his fast-paced work ethic, attention to detail and tenacity, Braden comprehensively supports his clients’ real estate goals with well-rounded industry expertise that encompasses multiple facets of commercial real estate services. Braden is a graduate of the Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia Class of 2020 for emerging community leaders. He currently volunteers for Camp Cole and is a Member of the Committee of 100, the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association, and the Young Leaders Society of United Way.
