Bruce Harper, Managing Partner at Trinity Partners recently represented GMK Associates, Inc., in the long-term renewal of their firm’s 20,000 SF + headquarters office located on the 21st floor of the Capitol Center building located at 1201 Main Street in Columbia, SC.
GMK Associates was established in 1966 and is a leading multi-disciplinary planning, design, and construction services firm focused on healthcare, education, government, utility, senior living, and hospitality industries.
