Trinity Partners represents the seller in sale of 7201 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC for $4,900,000

September 13, 2021

Trinity Partners Columbia recently facilitated the sale of the former home of Virginia College, 7201 Two Notch Road, a 45,191 square foot building in Columbia, South Carolina. Trinity Partner’s Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley represented the seller, CKS-VCC, LLC in the transaction.

The vacant building, purchased by Aphrodite, LLC will soon become the Columbia campus for Southeastern College. The career focused private institution offers higher education for individuals aspiring to develop skills in their chosen field.

The property fronts Columbia Place Mall with nearby interstate access to I-20 and I-77 directly on a COMET route (Columbia’s transit system). The purchaser was uniquely attracted to the configuration of the building as a former school.

“We are pleased to have assisted CKS-VCC, LLC in their sale of 7201 Two Notch and are excited about having helped attract new business to the Two Notch corridor,” said Winn.
