Trinity Partners represents Time to Shine Car Wash in their new location in Five Points

Trinity Partners’ Senior Brokerage Associate, William Mills, represented Time to Shine Car Wash, Inc. in their purchase of 1.884 acres for $1,600,000 located at 2006 Gervais Street. The premium Five Points location will serve as the newest Columbia location for the state-of-the-art car wash facility. Time to Shine Car Wash also has a location on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC and continue to expand in the Southeast.
The eco-friendly car wash chain will be situated across from The Station at Five Points and adjacent to Cook Out and the Food Lion anchored shopping center, The Marketplace at Harden. The property has 200 feet of frontage along Gervais Street.
