Trinity Partners has successfully restructured and extended Prisma Healthcare’s lease of 8 Medical Park in Columbia, SC.
8 Medical Park is a 96,190 square foot medical office building located on the Prisma Healthcare Richland Hospital campus in Columbia, SC.
Trinity Partners team members, Bruce Harper, SIOR and Dail Longaker represented the landlord and Greta Bostic and Seth Travis of Davis Moore Healthcare Practice Group represented the tenant, Prisma Healthcare. Ashley Owens of Trinity Partners is the property manager for the asset.
