Trinity Partners secures lease for Class A flex property in Charlotte, NC

Trinity Partners announced the successful lease of a 31,262 square foot Class A flex property located at 5930 Northwoods Parkway in Charlotte’s Northwoods Business Park.
The property has been leased to Insight Partners LLC, a premier manufacturer representative in the commercial HVAC industry.
Trinity Partners’ Bruce Harper, SIOR and Bill Wood represented the landlord in the transaction. William Maxwell of Colony Commercial represented the tenant.
