Trinity Partners secures office lease in Columbia’s Historic Vista District

Trinity Partners has successfully facilitated the lease of a premier office suite in Columbia’s Historic Vista District. Bruce Harper, SIOR, a founding partner of the South Carolina office, and Robbie Cook, Brokerage Associate, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Kraemer Women’s Care has leased a 7,828 square foot office space at 700 Gervais Street and plans to relocate its corporate office to the building by late spring 2025.
