Tupelo Bend Office Park approaches completion and tenant roster begins to fill with help from NAI Avant

NAI Avant is pleased to announce that brokers Scott Peevy, CCIM and Thomas Boulware, CCIM recently facilitated two leases for the new Tupelo Bend Office Park at 3417 Maybank Highway on Johns Island, SC. Peevy and Boulware represented the landlord, New Leaf Builders, LLC in both transactions.

Building B of the four-building complex reached complete occupancy with Sea Salt Spa and Carolina One Real Estate. Sea Salt Spa will make its debut with ±1,460 square feet (SF) of space, and Carolina One Real Estate will occupy the remaining ±1,560 SF for its Johns Island office.

Building A is occupied by New Leaf Builders, LLC. Buildings C and D, planned for 2,000-3,000 SF each, are projected to be delivered by the end of the year, and are available for lease, with suites ranging from 1,000-3,000 SF.

“As construction nears completion, interest in the project has increased as prospects are attracted to the excellent central Johns Island location and unique features of this first-class development,” said Peevy.
