Turner Padget Expands Business Transactions Practice with Marshall Tinsley

COLUMBIA, SC – Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. announced that Marshall Tinsley has joined the firm’s Business Transactions practice group in the Columbia office.   She is the fifth new attorney to join Turner Padget this year, following the firm’s strategic commitment to expanding its capabilities to better serve its clients’ needs.

Marshall will concentrate her practice in the area of estate planning, probate administration, and probate litigation.  She graduated with honors from Clemson University and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2010.  In addition, Ms. Tinsley has earned an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida.  Prior to joining Turner Padget, she worked as Counsel for Litigation for the South Carolina Department of Revenue.
