Turner Padget welcomes Daniel Callahan to Greenville office

Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. announces that Daniel Callahan has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Greenville office. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business & Corporate practice areas, advising clients on commercial real estate, business transactions, and corporate matters.

Daniel focuses on real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on representing commercial clients. He has represented buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, investors, and business owners throughout South Carolina across a wide variety of property types and transactions. His experience includes all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from contract negotiation and entity formation through closing, as well as commercial leasing, business acquisitions and sales, and related corporate matters.
Before joining Turner Padget, Daniel managed his own boutique real estate law practice for many years, which gave him firsthand experience as a business owner and a practical understanding of the challenges and priorities facing clients and counterparties in complex transactions.
Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University and his law degree from the University of South Carolina.
Daniel has been recognized multiple times by Upstate Business Journal as a Legal Elite in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He has also been named a South Carolina Top Producer by Chicago Title and Investors Title. Active in the community, he served on the boards of the Cleo Bailey Experiment Community Garden and Friends of the Anderson County Library.
