Twin Rivers Capital Completes New Family Dollar Store on Ashley River Rd.

CHARLESTON, SC – Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, has recently completed the development of a new 8320 SF Family Dollar store at 1806 Dogwood Rd., at the corner of Dogwood Rd. and Ashley River Rd./Hwy. 61. The store opened December 11.

Twin Rivers Capital was the developer of the project. This was Twin Rivers Capital’s 5th recent Family Dollar to open in the past 2 years in metro Charleston. The site was brokered by Phil Rose of Twin Rivers Capital. The store, an upgraded all-brick design on a site with protected grand trees, was built by HJB Construction, also based in Charleston.
