Twin Rivers Capital Leases 2207 Mechanic St.

CHARLESTON, SC – Twin Rivers Capital, LLC has leased 7,400 SF at 2207 Mechanic St. to Cooper River Brewing Company. Phil Rose of TRC represented the tenant and Dexter Rumsey of NAI Avant represented the owner. The opening is planned for early summer.
