Twin Rivers Capital Names Hudson Rogers Development Manager

CHARLESTON, SC – Charleston-based commercial real estate developer, Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, has named Hudson Rogers Development Manager.
Hudson is responsible for all aspects of the development process from getting a site under contract through entitlement and permitting. He also coordinates with property owners, site vendors, municipalities and tenants.
Hudson was previously an Associate Development Manager with Twin Rivers Capital. Prior to joining TRC, he worked in commercial brokerage with NAI Avant in Charleston where he specialized in retail leasing and investment sales. He worked in commercial property management, leasing and investment sales with Kit Thrash Properties in Charleston after graduating from the University of South Carolina.
Hudson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Charleston Board of Realtors commercial investment division.
