Twin Rivers Capital Names Lauren Collins, CCIM Development Director

CHARLESTON, SC – Charleston-based commercial real estate developer, Twin Rivers Capital, LLC, has named Lauren Collins Development Director.
Lauren is responsible for all aspects of the development process from site selection through project disposition. She also oversees the projects of the Development Manager and Associate Development Managers, contributing to the direction and strategy of the company.
She obtained her BSBA Degree in Finance from the University of Florida. Lauren was an associate at CC&T Real Estate Services before joining Twin Rivers Capital in 2008.
Lauren holds a SC Real Estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a CCIM
