Twin Rivers Capital Places Great Clips

CHARLESTON, SC – Phil Rose of Twin Rivers Capital, LLC represented the owner in placing Great Clips, which will be located in the Harris Teeter Center at 920 Houston Northcutt Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant. The store, which is set to open in early April, will celebrate with $4.99 haircuts. The landlord was represented by Carl Michael Harrison of The Beach Company.
Rose has placed national, regional and local retailers such as Cache, Little Caesars, Trek, Family Dollar, and Verizon.
