Twin Rivers Capital Purchases Site on Dorchester Rd.

CHARLESTON – Twin Rivers Capital, LLC has purchased the site at 6656 Dorchester Rd. Phil Rose of TRC brokered the sale of the site for TRC, which is currently developing the site as a Family Dollar store. Twin Rivers Capital has completed the development of several Family Dollar stores locally and dozens throughout the Southeast.
The Family Dollar store is being built by HJB Construction, Inc., a local commercial construction company that works with numerous national, regional and local companies on projects throughout the Southeast.
