Two buildings change hands in downtown Charleston

NAI Charleston facilitated the sale of two freestanding buildings near MUSC in downtown Charleston. 154 Cannon Street is a two-story 1,330 SF mixed-use building that was formerly occupied by SYG Designs and will be owner-occupied. 109 President Street, previously Gnome Café, is a two-story 3,200 SF building with restaurant space on the first floor and a four-bedroom apartment on the second. The building will be repurposed for a new restaurant concept.
Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM, represented the seller for both transactions. The sales were a part of a portfolio of properties owned by PR Properties. The buyer of 154 Cannon Street was The Winsome Company, LLC, and they were represented by Paul Kelton with Matt O’Neil Real Estate. The property sold for $500,000. 109 President Street was purchased by 302 Coleman Blvd, LLC and sold for $950,000. The purchaser was represented by Billy D’Elia of Charleston Property Experts.
