Two Rivers Business Park nearly sold out with four recent sales by NAI Avant

NAI Avant announced that senior broker Thomas Boulware, CCIM, has sold four more units within Two Rivers Business Park at 1184-1190 Clements Ferry Road, on behalf of property owner, Maritime Construction and Development LLC. Boulware sold 12 out of the 13 units throughout the past 36 months, having sold all units in building 1190, and having one unit remaining in building 1184.

H2O Pro, LLC purchased both Units B and C of building 1190 for $350,000, totaling ±2,882 square feet (SF).

Elevate Enterprises LLC purchased Unit E of building 1184 for $398,365, totaling ±4,631 SF.

Brilax Custom Homes, LLC purchased Unit C of building 1184 for $105,000, totaling ±1,220 SF. The company intends to remodel the space into a custom model kitchen to add to its showroom portfolio.

1184 and 1190 Clements Ferry house a variety of business owners including, Atlantic Computer Services, Coastal Shutter Company, Creative Edge Dance Center, Daniel Island Audio & Video, Great Harvest Bread Co. and HDR Engineering, among others.
