Two Senior Marketing Coordinators advance at Colliers in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotions of Amy Fowler and Sarah Schilling to Senior Marketing Coordinator, supporting multimedia marketing efforts for brokerage associates in the Columbia office.

Fowler and Schilling are responsible for property marketing efforts for over 300 active commercial property listings in the Columbia and greater central South Carolina, Augusta and Myrtle Beach regions. Additionally, they create materials for tenant and buyer representation assignments and new business pursuits.

“Amy and Sarah have each brought their own set of impressive skills to the marketing team for the past four years,” said Elizabeth Riley, Director of Marketing for Colliers’ office in Columbia. “This promotion is well earned for both of them. Fowler brings a valuable bird’s-eye view to Colliers’ marketing materials as one of the company’s first licensed drone pilots. In her new role, she will continue creating high-quality marketing materials and executing property marketing strategies for the office and retail brokerage teams. She notably earned the company’s Innovation Award in 2024 and the Rising Star Award in 2023. Previously, Fowler worked in healthcare customer management for more than 20 years before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University with certificates in several specializations, including social media marketing.

Schilling combines her passion for art with her skills in communications to create beautiful, comprehensive graphic designs that showcase messages effectively to target audiences for the industrial, land and general commercial brokerage teams. In her new role, she will continue telling the visual stories of Colliers’ listed commercial properties and using creative problem-solving to meet clients’ goals. Schilling earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Charleston Southern University.
