Two team members of Spherion Staffing achieve Social Talent Black Belt status

Spherion Staffing of Greater Columbia announced that two members of the company have recently received the Social Talent Black Belt Certification designation.
Pam Bleakley and Kristy Royer each took the Social Talent Black Belt exam at the end of September 2016 earning the title of the first and second to ever receive this designation in the Spherion organization. Pam is the Professional Services & Direct Hire Recruiter of the Greater Columbia branch, where Kristy also serves as a Client Service Supervisor.

The Social Talent Black Belt program offers a professional credential through completion of an in-depth series of courses, followed by an exam proving proficiency in Personal Branding, Understanding Social Networks, Employer Branding, Networking and Engaging with Candidates, Job Advertising, Boolean Searches, LinkedIn Sourcing, Social Sourcing, and Expert Sourcing.
