Tyler Teal joins Colliers | South Carolina as Brokerage Associate in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce Tyler Teal as its newest Brokerage Associate in the Columbia office.
Teal began his journey at Colliers as an intern, focusing on industrial brokerage. Apart from gaining experience with various aspects of the brokerage of industrial properties throughout the Midlands, Teal was also able to advance his industrial property knowledge by spending valuable time with Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services department conducting on-site property inspections. In his new role, Teal will focus his efforts on industrial tenant representation and industrial land brokerage alongside one of Columbia’s most experienced industrial brokers, Dave Mathews, SIOR.

Teal is a native of the Columbia area and a graduate of Presbyterian College, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He was selected as one of seven students worldwide to receive a scholarship and represent Colliers at the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® Fall World Conference in Chicago, Illinois in 2023.
