United Community Bank honors top performers for first quarter

United Community Bank recently honored ten individuals and six branch teams for their outstanding performance during the first quarter of 2016. This recognition is part of the bank’s quarterly Sales and Service Champion program.

Top Producers in Customer Derivatives: Tom Kutyla and Jay McCutcheon

Kutyla and McCutcheon are located in Charleston, S.C.

United also recognized top performing team members in support functions as part of the quarterly Sales and Service Champion program. The Bank recognized Dana Breeden, Loan Operations Coordinator, and Amy Gessmann, Customer Service Specialist, for their dedication to their respective duties.

Top performing individuals and branch teams were honored at a Sales and Service Champion luncheon in Hiawassee, Ga. Top performing individuals received a framed certificate. All other winning branch teams received a catered lunch, framed certificate, lapel pin and traveling trophy to display in the office.  

Also, one Champion was randomly selected from the group to award a $500 donation to a charity of their choice within their community. This quarter’s winner was the Lenoir City, Tenn. (Dixie Lee ) team, represented by Melanie Crowder and Star Summitt. The Dixie Lee team selected the Boys and Girls Club of Loudon (Tenn.) as the recipient of the donation.
