United Way of Greenville County hires Deb Stull, VP of Finance

Deb Stull, former Vice President of Finance and Administration for United Way of Brevard in Rockledge, Fla., has been announced as United Way of Greenville County’s new Vice President of Finance.

Stull joins United Way of Greenville County with more than 35 years of experience in accounting, property management and real estate development. She has spent the last 17 years working in nonprofits, leading cross-functional teams and improving strategies for organizational success.

“We are beyond pleased to welcome Deb to the team,” said United Way of Greenville County President and CEO Meghan Barp. “Her experience, knowledge and leadership will help us make an even greater impact across our community.”

Previously the Director of Finance and Property with The Upstate Homeless Coalition of South Carolina from 2002 to 2013, Stull assisted in the construction and rehab of more than 350 units of affordable housing in the Upstate. During this time, she was often requested by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist with grant management and accounting guidance for agencies throughout South Carolina.

Stull holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law Education from Marywood College in Scranton, Pa. She completed the Housing Development Finance Professional Certification, accredited through the National Development Council. Stull also served as President of the Board of Directors for the Brevard Homeless Coalition in Florida.
