UofSC Open Book series to focus on writer Jonathan Franzen

The University of South Carolina’s Open Book, a popular annual series that makes top writers available to the community, will feature writer Jonathan Franzen this week. English professor Cynthia Davis will discuss Franzen’s National Book Award-winning novel “The Corrections,” 6 p.m., Monday, April 17 in the Capstone campus room.
Franzen will discuss the book and his writing at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19 in the W.W. “Hootie” Johnson Auditorium at the Darla Moore School of Business.
